¹³ Just as it is written, “^(A)Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”

^14 (B)What shall we say then? ^(C)Is there any unrighteousness with God? ^(D)May it never be! ¹⁵ For He says to Moses, “^(E)I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”
